Little did we know, Joey Bada$$ turns out to be a real life badass. The Pro Era leader was headlining the Falls Festival near Byron Bay in Australia on Friday, when he allegedly got involved in a brawl. He reportedly punched a security guard when he stopped him to check his credential. As one might expect, Joey didn’t get away with it and was arrested by the authorities right after the show. Police claims the rapper punched the guard in the face, breaking his nose. The security worker was also treated for other facial injuries before being taken to the hospital. Mr. Bada$$ spent the night in custody. He’s was charged with assault and is due in court on March 19th.
